What is ICVL?

ICVL (Informatique Centre Val de Loire) is a research federation (oficially labeled FED 4279), comprising two academic research laboratories of the Centre Val de Loire Region in France:

• LIFO (Laboratoire d’Informatique Fondamentale d’Orléans)
• LIFAT (Laboratoire d’Informatique Fondamentale et Appliquée de Tours)

ICVL is affiliated with three institutions:

• Université d'Orléans
• Université François-Rabelais Tours
• INSA Centre Val de Loire

ICVL's objectives are to:

• leverege and enhance the visibility of computer science research in Région Centre Val de Loire,
• encourage and support regional, national and international research projects,
• boost research activities in the two participating laboratories and foster their collaboration
